妇产科护理缺陷原因分析与对策

Nursing Defects Analysis and Counter Measures of Pregnant Woman

目的:分析我院妇产科护理缺陷发生的原因,并提出相应的护理对策。方法:对我院妇产科2010年1月—2011年1月收治的456例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,调查护理缺陷发生情况及原因,并针对护理缺陷产生的原因提出相应的管理对策。结果:护理缺陷的发生率为10.53%,与护理人员工作年限和职称密切相关,其中护理人员技术水平差、责任心不强和法律意识淡薄是造成护理缺陷的主要原因。结论:加强护理安全管理,严格执行操作规范,实施针对性中医辨证护理措施,提高护理人员安全意识及法律观念,保持稳定的护理队伍结构是减少妇产科护理缺陷的关键。

Objective ： To analyze the causes of hospital maternity care defects occurauce, and thecorresponding nursing. Methods：456 cases in the hospital obstetrics from January 2010 to January2011 were retrospectively analyzed to investigate the reasons for nursing defects and for the appropriatemanagement strategies. Results：The incidence rate of nursing defects was 10.53%, and closely related tothe nursing work experience and titles, including poor nurses technical level, strong sense of responsibilityand legal awareness, and these were the main causes of nursing defects. Conclusion ： Strengthening nursingsafety management, strict implementation practices, the implementation of TCM treatment measures toimprove safety awareness and legal concepts nurses, maintaining a stable nursing team are the key toreducing obstetric care defects.
