王自立主任医师是甘肃省中医院首席主任中医师,全国名老中医,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家,连续五批被聘为全国老中医药师承工作指导老师,2013年被国家中医药管理局确定为第一批中医药传承博士后合作导师。王师从医60余年,勤于思考、善于总结,勤求古训、博采众长,擅长于中医脾胃病、妇科病、肝胆病等疾病诊治,尤其对消化系统疑难病症有极深的造诣。该文主要介绍了老师治疗慢性泄泻时的经验,其在辨证治疗过程中将慢性泄泻主要分为脾虚失运、水湿内停证、脾虚湿盛证、肠道湿热证、脾肾阳虚证4个证型,据此明辨病机,精当选药,精炼用方;临床治疗收到显著效果。

Chief physician WANG Zili is a Chief Director of Chinese medicine in Chinese medicinehospital in Gansu Province and old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, and enjoys special governmentallowance from the State Council. He was hired as the old Chinese medicine bearing guider in 2013 by theState Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and was identified as the first batch of traditional Chinesemedicine postdoctoral Co supervisor. He has been in clinic for more than 60 years, diligent in thinking, goodat summing up, learning widely from others＇, specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomachdisease, gynecological disease, liver disease, especially has deep attainments of difficult diseases of digestivesystem. This paper mainly introduces the treatment of chronic diarrhea, the syndrome differentiation andtreatment. The chronic diarrhea is divided into spleen deficiency syndrome, water accumulation sydnrome,spleen dampness syndrome, intestinal damp-heat syndrome, spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Extensive pathogenesis, precise and appropriate drug selection can receive significant effect.
