摘要
为了提高Y公司滑块部装配车间的生产效率,降低零部件的物流成本,采用系统布置方法(SLP)对目前的布局方案进行了改进。首先对车间中各作业单元之间的物流关系与非物流关系进行量化和综合分析,然后根据分析结果和实际情况,初步确定改善后的车间布局方案。通过运行仿真软件Extendsim进行动态模拟,将改善前后车间零部件的利用率与空闲率进行对比,证明改善后的车间布局方案具有可行性。
In order to improve the efficiency of production in the slider assembly workshop and reduce the ele- ments logistics cost, it uses the systematic layout planning method to improve the current layout scheme. Firstly it establishes the relationships of logistics and non - logistics between operating units, proposes an optimized scheme based on the data and actual situation of the workshop. Then it defines the parameters and realizes dy- namic simulation based on the Extendsim running. Comparing the coefficient of this design with the original scheme, it proves that the improved scheme is feasible.
