摘要
针对旧包边机存在的问题,提出了新型包边机的总体设计方案。采用上模块运动到位形成一个完整的型面之后再由底模托着工件向上运动的技术方案,解决了旧包边机各模块运动不一致的难题。在此基础上,采用PLC对包边机的各动作进行实时控制。新型包边机加工工件质量高,包边平顺严实,无折皱现象。
Aiming at the existing defect of old - type hemming machine, it puts forward the overall design of new type hemming machine. It shows the technical solution that the bottom die hold workpiece moves upwards after the upper dies move to the specified location in a complete forming profile process. This solves the problem that each die of old - type hemming machine is move inconsistently. On this basis, it adopts PLC to control each movement of the hemming machine in real time. The workpieces of new type hemming machine are of high quali- ty, the hemming edges are smooth and tight, and no wrinkle defect.
