对如何更好地利用MBD技术促进航空制造业的发展进行了探讨,提出了基于MBD技术的产品全三维数字化制造平台的建设思想。对MBD技术在产品设计、工艺设计、制造资源库建设以及车间执行中的应用进行了阐述,有助于企业打造"协同设计、精益生产"的制造模式。
It analyzes haw to use MBD technology to promote aviation manufacturing industry, puts forward the products full 3D digital manufacture platform construction based on the idea of MBD technology, describes the application of MBD technology in product design, process design, construction of manufacturing resource data- base and application execution. This will help the enterprises to build the “ collaborative design, lean produc- tion” manufacturing mode.
