摘要
在全面分析我国西部地区水利现状的基础上 ,提出了西部地区水利建设总体规划思路 ,包括水利规划总体部署及近期水利建设的重点等 .
Based on comprehensively analyzing civil engineering status quo of West Region in China, general idea of civil engineering construction planning is proposed. It includes general arrangement of civil engineering planning and highlights of civil engineering construction in the near future, etc.
