复合辅酶联合甘利欣治疗抗结核药物性肝细胞型轻度肝损害 被引量:2

The combined use of compound coenzyme and diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of the hepatocyte type mild hepatic lesion caused by antituberculosis drugs

摘要 目的观察复合辅酶联合甘利欣治疗抗结核药物性肝细胞型轻度肝损害的疗效。方法回顾性分析60例抗结核药物性肝细胞型轻度肝损害的治疗过程,其中治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组给予复合辅酶加甘利欣,对照组仅给予甘利欣。疗程均为3周。结果在治疗的第1、第2及第3周末,治疗组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率分别为90.0%、96.7%和100%,对照组总有效率分别为70.0%、80.0%和96.7%,治疗组临床疗效较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论复合辅酶联合甘利欣治疗抗结核药物性肝细胞型轻度肝损害疗效显著。 Objective To observe the curative effects of the combined use of compound coenzyme and diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of the hepatocyte type mild hepatic lesion caused by antituberculosis drugs. Methods The treatment course of 60 patients with the hepatocyte type mild hepatic lesion caused by antituberculosis drugs was retrospectively analyzed including 30 cases in the treatment group,and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group was given compound coenzyme and diammonium glycyrrhizinate,while the control group was given diammonium glycy-rrhizinate only. The treatment course in both groups lasted 3 weeks.Results At the 1st,2nd and 3rd week end after treatment,the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) in patients of the treatment group were strikingly lowered,as compared with those of the control group(P〈0.05),i. e total effective rates in the treatment group were 90.0%,96.7% and 100%,respectively;the control group were70.0%, 80.0% and 96.7%,respectively. So the clinical curative effects of the treatment group were more obvious,as compared with those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The combined use of compound coenzyme and diammonium glycyrrhizinate can produce significant therapeutic effects in treating the hepatocyte type mild hepatic lesion caused by antituberculosis drugs.
