摘要
女工工作是基层工会的重要组成部分,如何认真做好工会女职工工作,充分发挥工会女职工组织作用,最大限度调动女职工的积极性和创造性,发挥她们的聪明才智,为企业发展贡献力量是当前基层女工工作面临的首要任务,文章就如何做好新时期工会女职工工作谈几点认识。
The work for workingwomen is the important part of the Labor Union. How to do well the work for workingwomen and plays the role of workingwomen to arise activity and innovation of workingwomen is the key task.This paper indicate some thoughts about the works for workingwomen in the new times.
