论述了高新测控技术在水利水电工程中的应用 ,总结了数据采集、信息管理、分析评价及其计算机和通讯网络等技术的最新研究成果 .
The application of advanced monitoring techniques in water conservancy and hydropower engineering is described, and up to date researches on data acquisition,information management,analysis appraisal, and computer and communication network techniques are summarized.
