Urbanization and Ecological Environment Coordinated Development of Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省城镇化进程中的生态环境问题主要表现为环境污染和土地滥用,产生这些问题的原因是城镇人口的快速增长、发展模式转换滞后、对资源稀缺性认识不够及环保法律法规制度的不健全。为促进黑龙江省城镇化与生态环境协调发展,应合理调整产业结构和用地布局,强化生态文明意识,完善城镇体系,加强政府对环境的管理。

The ecological environment problems of urbanization of Heilongjiang province mainly include environmental pollution and land abuse. The reasons are the rapid growth of urban population, the lag development mode conversion, lack of awareness of resource scarcity and unsound laws and regulations systems. In order to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment, the government should reasonable adjust industrial structure and layout of the land, strengthen awareness of ecological civilization, improve the urban system and enhance the management.
