摘要
由于起步较晚、实践经验缺乏,我国中小企业信用评价指标的选取过于偏向理论,造成一些指标在实际操作中难以获取,或者指标主观性太强,影响了评级的客观性。为此,应根据中小企业的经营特点和行为特征,充分考虑非财务因素等定性指标,运用AHP层次分析法构建适用于我国中小企业的信用评级模型,全面、公正、客观地评价我国中小企业信用水平。此外,模型应用中应根据宏观经济情况和时间变化进行适度调整,确保模型的准确性。
Owing to its late start and few practical experiences, SME credit evaluation indicator in China is too theo-retical, resulting in the difficulty of some indicators to obtain in practice, or indicators being too subjective have di-rect impact on rating objectivity. For this, in the light of the operating and behavioral characteristics of SMEs, weshould take full consideration of qualitative indicators such as non-financial factors, establish a credit evaluationmodel suitable for China' s SMEs by using Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP), and conduct a comprehensive, im-partial and objective evaluation of SMEs'credit levels. In addition, when being applied, the model should be appro-priately adjusted according to changes in the macroeconomic situation and time to ensure the accuracy of the model.
