摘要
目的:探讨超声治疗对中风后肘关节痉挛性瘫痪的治疗作用。方法:80例中风后肘关节痉挛性瘫痪患者随机分成实验组(40例)和对照组(40例),两组患者均常规进行康复训练,实验组另用韩国进口HS-5001超声治疗仪,采用简氏Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分法(FMA)、改良Ashworth评分(FAS)评定两组患者治疗前后上肢功能和痉挛状态。结果:治疗前后两组患者Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分比较均无显著性差异(P〉0.05);实验组肌张力效果明显优于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:超声波治疗可有效改善中风后肘关节痉挛性瘫痪。
To investigate the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic treatment on elbow spasticity after stroke. Methods:80 cases of elbow spasticity after stroke were randomly divided into experimental group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases), two groups were both treated with routine rehabilitation training, experimental group added with HS-5001 ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus from Korea, with Jane's Fugl-Meyer upper limb movement function score (FMA) and modified Ashworth score (FAS) the upper limb function and spasticity between the two groups were assessed before and after treatment. Results:There was no significant differences in Fugl-Meyer scores of upper limb movement function between the two group before and after the treatment (P〉0.05);the effect of muscle tension of experimental group was better than that of control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion:Ultrasonic treatment can effectively improve the elbow spastic paralysis after stroke.
