骨关节炎动物模型研究进展

骨关节炎是以关节软骨退行性改变为核心,累及骨质,并包括滑膜、关节及其他结构改变的慢性炎症。但其发病机制还不清楚,临床也缺乏根治措施,因此,通过建立动物模型探索骨关节炎的不同发病机制及防治措施,具有十分重要的意义。文中对骨关节炎的各种动物模型建立方法进行了综述,供实验研究提供参考。

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative change of the articul -ar cartilage as the core,involving bone,and including the change of synovial,joints and other structures in chronic inflammation.But its pathogenies is unclear,and lack of clinical curative measures.So,it’s great significance to study the different pathogenesis and prevention measures of osteoarthritis,through the establish-ment of animal models.All kinds of establishment methods of animal models of osteoarthritis were described in the paper,to provide a reference for experimental research.
