电网检修计划安全承载力分析系统的研究与应用

Research and Application of Safety Carrying Capability Analysis System for Power Grid Maintenance Scheduling

针对供电企业面临的安全生产的挑战,提出电网检修计划安全承载力分析系统的设计思路,介绍了系统的工作流程,检修试验定额标准库管理、班组成员状态管理、系统统计分析等功能,及系统的应用情况,认为该系统可保证检修计划安排在作业柔性管控能力和生产能力安全范围之内,达到现场作业可控、能控。

Aiming at the safe production of power supply company,this paper proposes the design ideas for safety carrying capability analysis system for the Power Grid Maintenance Scheduling,introduces thesystemwork process,introduces the functions from the aspects of maintenance test fix amount standard database management,class members state management,system statistic analysis,then also about the application,and considers that the system can make the maintenance scheduling is under the controlling of the flexible manufacturing and the safety management,and achieves the aim of improving the controlling capability of the work site.
