头孢氨苄在东海沉积物吸附行为及影响因素

Study on the adsorption behaviour of cefalexin on the East China Sea sediment and its influence factors

摘要 以头孢氨苄为对象,系统地研究了其在长江口处沉积物上的吸附行为。研究表明,头孢氨苄在长江口沉积物上的吸附行为对Freundlich型等温式的拟合效果最好。另外,通过改变吸附条件发现沉积物有机质的含量、颗粒物粒度增大会使头孢氨苄的平衡吸附量减小,而介质的盐度、温度、酸度的增加使平衡吸附量增大。加入表面活性剂对头孢氨苄的平衡吸附量Cs有影响,Cs由小到大依次为:Cs(聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯)<Cs(无表面活性剂)<Cs(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵)<Cs(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)。 The adsorption behaviours of Cefalexin on sediment collected from the East China Sea( Changjiang River estuary) were systematically investigated. The results showed that the adsorption isotherm of cefalexin on the Changjiang River estuary sediment could be described best with Freundlich model. By changing adsorption conditions, it was found that the adsorption behavior of cefalexin on marine sediment was significantly influenced by the sediment organic carbon content,size of particle,medium salinity,temperature and acidity. The equilibrium adsorption amount was to decrease when organic carbon content and size of particle increased. When medium salinity,temperature and acidity increased the equilibrium adsorption amount increased. The study also indicated that addition of surfactants had a significant influence on saturated adsorption amount of cefalexin. The equilibrium adsorption amount( Cs) of cefalexin exhibited the following sequence: Cs( polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester)〈 Cs( no surfactants) 〈Cs( cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide) 〈Cs( Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate).
