资阳市617例手足口病核酸检测结果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解资阳市近年手足口病病原学情况,为制定有效防控措施提供科学依据。方法按照中华人民共和国卫生部《手足口病预防控制指南》(2009版)要求,收集2010年-2012年全市县级以上医院部分临床诊断病人的咽拭子标本,用realtaime RT-PCR检测手足口病毒核酸。结果检测咽拭子标本617份,检出肠道病毒核酸阳性409例,阳性率66.3%,其中EV71病毒核酸阳性203例,CoxA16病毒核酸阳性119例,其他肠道病毒核酸阳性87例,构成比分别49.6%,29.1%21.3%。检出病毒核酸阳性标本的年龄最小7月,最大8岁,5岁以下儿童核酸阳性占94.9%。男女儿童核酸阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论资阳市手足口病毒主要感染5岁以下儿童,且各型病毒感染并存,尤以EV71型病毒感染为多。手足口病无特效治疗方法,加强预防控制显得尤为重要。 Objective To understand the pathogens of hand foot mouth disease in Ziyang city in recent years,and provide scientific basis for making effective prevention and control measures.Methods According to the requirements of"Guide for prevention and control of hand foot and mouth disease"(2009 Edition),throat swab specimens were collected from clinically-diagnosed HFMD cases in or above county-level hospitals to detect the virus nucleic acid of HFMD by real-time RT-PCR.Results Four hundred and nine specimens were found enterovirus RNA positive in 617 throat swab specimens,the positive rate was 66.3%,including 203 EV71 virus nucleic acid positive cases(49.6%),119 CoxA16 virus nucleic acid positive cases(29.1%) and 87 other enterovirus RNA positive cases(21.3%).The youngest positive case was only seven months old,and the oldest positive case was 8 years old.Children under 5 years old accounted for 94.9% in enterovirus RNA positive cases.There was no significant difference in positive rate between boys and girls.Conclusion Hand foot and mouth virus infection was mainly found in children under 5 years old,with coexistence of various virus types,especially the EV71 virus infection.There was no specific treatment methods for hand foot and mouth disease,so it is essential to strengthen prevention and control.
