江西省基本诊疗路径实施效果调查分析

Analysis of basic clinical pathway implementation effect in Jiangxi province

目的江西基层医疗卫生机构实施基本诊疗路径效果判断,为扩大诊疗路径病种数和实施诊疗路径的优化方案提供建议。方法全省11个地级市,对实施基本诊疗路径的共84个县(市、区)的364家基层卫生机构进行调查,利用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。结果江西省11个地级市基层医疗机构基本诊疗路径试点后平均治疗费用比试点前降低了13.69%,试点后平均治疗天数比试点前缩短了18.53%。结论实施基本诊疗路径减少患者平均治疗费用,缩短了患者康复时间,其规范化流程减少了不合理的医疗行为,节约卫生资源,顺应医改"保基本,强基层,建机制"的总体思路。

Objective To evaluate the imprementation effect of basic clinical pathway in basic medical institutions of Jiangxi province,so as to provide advices for increasing the number of diseases in clinical pathway and improving the basic clinical pathway plan.Methods Basic clinical pathway was impremented in 364 basic medical institutions from 84 countries（city,area） of 11 cities in Jiangxi province,and the investigation results of the 364 medical institutions were analyzed using the SPSS19.0.Results The average treatment cost was reduced by 13.69% after implementing the basic clinical pathway in basic medical institutions of 11 cities in Jiangxi province,and the average treatment duration was shortened by 18.53%.Conclusion Implementing basic clinical pathway has decreased the average treatment cost and shortened the average recovery time of patients Normalization of basic clinical pathway can diminish unreasonable medical behaviors and save health resource,conforming to the general idea of medical reform,＂guaranteeing the basic,strengthening the primary level,perfecting the mechanism＂.
