济南市2011年-2013年食用植物油苯并(а)芘污染调查 被引量:2

Investigation on benzo(a) pyrene residue in edible vegetable oil of Jinan during 2011-2013

摘要 目的分析济南市2011年-2013年食用植物油中多环芳烃(PAHs)苯并(а)芘(BaP)污染监测结果,了解济南市售食用植物油苯并(а)芘污染状况。方法采取分层随机抽样方法在济南市选择超市、餐饮单位、零售店、批发点、村镇油坊和肉菜市场6大类采样点抽取200份食用植物油样品,采用固相萃取(Solid-Phase Extraction,简称SPE)小柱净化,高效液相色谱分离,荧光检测器检测苯并(а)芘残留含量。结果 200份食用植物油中苯并(а)芘检出率72.5%,合格率90.5%。其中花生油合格率92.0%(46/50),检出率82.0%(41/50);大豆油合格率88.0%(88/100),检出率72.0%(72/100);玉米胚芽油合格率90.0%(18/20),检出率40.0%(8/20);调和油合格率96.7%(29/30),检出率80.0%(24/30)。结论济南市2011年-2013年市售食用植物油中存在多环芳烃污染。 Objective To analyze the benzo(a) pyrene(BaP) pollution status in edible vegetable oil of Jinan from 2011 to2013,so as to provide scientific basis for edible oil safety supervision and inspection.Methods Stratified random sampling was used to collect 200 edible vegetable oil samples from supermarkets,catering units,retails,wholesale points,village oil mills and meat markets of Jinan city.BaP residue in edible vegetable oil samples were purged by SPE column,separated by UPLC and determined by fluorescence detector.Results Among the 200 samples,the detection rate of BaP was 72.5% and the qualified rate was 90.5%.The qualified rate of peanut oil was 92.0%(46 /50),and the detection rate of BaP was 82.0%(41/50); the qualified rate of soybean oil was 88.0%(88/100),and the detection rate was 72.0%(72/100); the qualified rate of corn germ oil was 90.0%(18 /20),and the detection rate was 40.0%(8 /20); the qualified rate of blend oil was96.7%(29 /30),and the detection rate was 80.0%(24 /30).Conclusion PAHs contamination was found in edible vegetable oil of Jinan from 2011 to 2013.
