稠油热采注汽系统效率评价研究 被引量:3

摘要 注蒸汽开采作为稠油油藏开发最有效技术手段之一,在开发稠油及提高产量等方面起到了重要作用。绘制注汽锅炉工况图,对锅炉本体进行了热测试并分析了影响其效能的因素。建立了输汽管线热损失分析模型并进行了温度和热损失测试。对注汽系统各节点进行效能分析并采取相应的节能措施,注汽系统效率得到了明显提高。 The steam injection exploitation,one of the most effective technologies of heavy oil development,plays an important role in heavy oil development and increasing production.The working condition of the steam injection boiler was depicted,thermal test of the boiler body was conducted and the factors which influenced the efficiency were analyzed.In addition,the analysis model of pipeline heat loss was established,and temperature test and heat loss test was carried out.What’s more,each node of the steam injection system was analyzed and corresponding measures for energy saving were proposed.As a result,the efficiency of the steam injection system was improved obviously.
