摘要 激光淬火技术作为一种热处理工艺技术,随着应用范围不断扩展,对其的理论研究不断地走向深入,激光淬火技术的先进性和优势也不断地显现出来。本研究首先对激光淬火的研究进展进行概述,基于此,对激光淬火应用于各种材料不同零件的淬火效果、激光淬火工艺参数对激光淬火质量的影响以及激光淬火温度场仿真分析及其算法等方面的研究现状及发展进行了阐述,以期为激光淬火技术的应用扩展提供有力的支撑。 Laser quenching is a kind of heat treatment technology and is being applied widely. With the deepening of its theory research, advancements and advantages of laser quenching technique also appear constantly. In this study, the research status and development of laser quenching were introduced, mainly including the quenching effect of laser quenching applied to different parts in various materials, the influence of process parameters on laser quenching quality, the simulation analysis and algorithm of temperature field of laser quenching. The research will provide a strong support for the extended application of laser quenching technology.
