摘要
基于正交设计理论,以特制空腔模型和真实密封继电器为研究对象,使用试验研究的方法分析微粒碰撞噪声检测(PIND)振动试验条件。通过对比大量试验数据的统计结果,得到了振动试验条件各参数对多余物激励效果的影响规律。这为密封继电器PIND试验条件的改进指明了方向。
The vibration test conditions of particle impact noise detection (PIND) were analyzed with the method of experimental study in this paper based on the orthogonal design theory. A special cavity model and real sealed relays were used for study, How the parameters of vibration test conditions affect the reminders' incentives was concluded by comparing the statistical results of a large number of experimental data, which specified the direc- tion for improving the PIND test conditions of sealed relays.
