MRO库存管理中虚拟物流联盟成员的筛选模型研究

Study on Screening Model of Virtual Logistics Alliance Members in MRO Inventory Management System

基于MRO物资需求特性建立的虚拟库存管理模式,虚拟物流整合商需要对参与合作的联盟成员企业的硬件条件、服务水平及合作条件等方面进行衡量。建立了在MRO库存管理中对虚拟企业联盟中合作企业的筛选模型,并采用基于佳点集遗传算法的混合聚类方法—HgaMeans算法来对模型进行求解,最后通过算例验证了构建模型及算法在实际中的可行性。

In this paper, according to the virtual inventory management mode that considered the characteristics of the MRO material demand, the virtual logistics integrators should measure the league members to participate in a cooperative relationship with it on the aspects of hardware condition, service level and cooperation conditions, etc. Then we built the screening model for the cooperative enterprises in the virtual enterprise league under the MRO inventory management system, adopted the HgaMeans algorithm to solve it, and at the end proved the feasibility of the model and the algorithm through a numerical example.
