摘要
通过把握订货的有效时机,结合定量与定期两种订货技术方法的各自优势对贵重物资进行库存管理,保证了物资在采购环节及时合理,在储存环节稳定有效,提高了贵重物资的库存管理水平和质量,并通过实例论证为企业贵重物资的库存管理提供了理论和参考依据。
In this paper, we integrated the strength of the quantitative and qualitative ordering techniques in the inventory management of the valuable materials to ensure timely purchasing and stable warehousing, and then through an empirical example, provided theoretical reference for the enterprises＇ inventory management of valuable materials.
