摘要
随着我国物流业的飞速发展,物流工程专业人才培养的瓶颈日益凸现.为了使物流工程专业的学生更加适应未来物流企业发展的需要,有效解决人才需求和人才培养相互脱节的问题,以适应市场经济和社会发展的需要。我们提出了"两步法"加强对学生"系统思维"能力的培养,并对这个方法的内容和保障措施进行了详细的介绍。
In this paper, we proposed a two-step approach to reinforce the cultivation of the systematic thinking of the logistics engineering majors and then introduced in detail the content ahd supportive measures of the approach.
