妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进48例临床探讨

Pregnancy with thyroid hyperfunction of 48 cases of clinical study

目的:探讨妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进母婴结局的影响因素;方法:对2002年5月至2012年8月收入我院妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进患者48例进行回顾性分析;结果:孕晚期甲亢控制不佳及开始治疗时间较晚的母亲早产发生率及新生儿甲状腺功能异常发生率明显高于孕中、晚期控制良好及开始治疗时间较早的患者;结论:妊娠期甲亢应及时、充分治疗。

objective to investigate the pregnancy with thyroid hyperfunction and outcomes influence factors; Methods in May 2002 to August 2012 income from pregnancy with thyroid function in 48 patients with hyperthyroidism were retrospectively analyzed; Results poor control of hyperthyroidism and started late in pregnancy treatment time late mother incidence of preterm birth and neonatal thyroid function abnormalities are significantly higher than control group; Conclusion hyperthyroidism during pregnancy should be timely and adequate treatment.
