射频消融联合椎间盘内亚甲蓝注射治疗25例椎间盘源性腰痛的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Radiofrequency Ablation and Discography Methylene Blue Injection for Discogenic Low Back Pain

目的:为提高治疗效果,了解射频消融联合椎间盘内亚甲蓝注射治疗椎间盘源性腰痛临床应用价值。方法:选择25例椎间盘源性腰痛的患者,回顾分析治疗效果及患者满意度结果,对照分析治疗前后VAS评分、SF-36评分及ODI评分。结果:96%的患者疼痛得以有效改善,88%的患者对治疗结果满意。治疗后VAS评分和ODI评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),而SF-36评分显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:射频消融联合椎间盘内亚甲蓝注射是有效治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的方法,值得临床推广。

Objective To improve the treatment effect, understand the clinical application value of radiofrequency ablation and discography methylene blue injection for discogenic low back pain. Methods 25 eases of patients with discogenic low back pain that were treated in our department between January 2008 and January 2010. Contrastively analyze therapeutic effect and patient satisfaction results, and comparatively analyze VAS score, SF -36 score and ODI score before and after treatment. Results Follow - up results： 96% of patients pain were effectively improved, and 88% of patients satisfied treatment results. The VAS score and the ODI score after treatment were significantly lower than that of before treatment （ P 〈0. 05 ）, while SF - 36 score significantly higher than that of before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation and discography methylene blue injection for discogenic low back pain is relatively effective, and worth to clinical promotion.
