摘要
目的分析研究汕头市第三人民医院2012~2013年肺结核患者结核分枝杆菌耐药性。方法对汕头市第三人民医院2012—2013年收集的结核分枝杆菌用WHO推荐的比例法进行异烟肼(H)、利福平(R)、链霉素(S)、乙胺丁醇(E)、左氧氟沙星(Lfx)、丙硫异烟胺(Pto)、卷曲霉素(Cm)、丁胺卡那(Am)、对氨基水杨酸(PAS)和卡那霉素(Km)的耐药性检测。结果2012年458株结核分枝杆菌中有135株耐药,总耐药率为29.5%(135/458);耐多药(MDR)率为14.4%(66/458)。耐单药顺位从高到低依次为H、S、R、E、Lfx、Pto、Cm、Am、PAS和Km。2013年582株结核分枝杆菌中有198株耐药,总耐药率为34.0%(198/582);耐多药(MDR)率为16.1%(94/582)。耐单药顺位从高到低依次为S、H、R、E、Lfx、Km、Cm、Am、PAS和Pto。结论结核分枝杆菌的耐药率仍然较高,临床应加强监测,指导防控工作和临床合理用药。
Objective To analyze the primary drug resistance of Myeobacterium tuberculosis in Shantou Third People' s hospital during 2012-2013. Methods Pmpertion method was used for testing drug susceptibility of Myeobacterium tuberculosis to isoniazid (H), rifampicin (R), streptomycin (S),ethambutol (E),levofloxacin (Lfx),protionamide(Pto), capreomycin (Cm) ,amikaein (Am), para-aminosalicylie acid (PAS) and kanamycin (Kin) according to the WHO guidelines for surveillance of drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Results The total resistant rate of 135 Mycobaeterium tuberculosis strains to antituberculosis drugs was 29.5% (135/458). The multiple drug resistance of Myeobacterium tuberculosiswas 14.4% (66/458). Drug resistance from high to low were in the order of H, S, R, E, Lfx, Pto, Cm, Am, PAS and KM respectively in 2012.The resistant rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in 2013 was 33.7% (198/582) and the multiple drug resistance was 16.1%(94/582). Drug resistance rate from high to low was in the order of S, H, R, E, Lfx, Km, Cm, Am, PAS and Pto. Conclsuion The resistance rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis is still high and monitoring work be conducted for guidance of clinical treatment.
