摘要
中国石化集团公司组织多家单位联合攻关,开发了工业示范试验规模沸腾床渣油加氢技术STRONG。介绍了50 kt/a STRONG的开发历程,分析了STRONG的特点,阐明工程技术开发的主要成果,包括①STRONG工艺包;②STRONG工艺流程;③带三相分离器的全返混沸腾床加氢反应器;④气力输送与气力+液力混相输送催化剂的在线加入技术;⑤高温高压催化剂的在线排出技术;⑥外排催化剂的处理方法;⑦催化剂加排专用控制系统。提出了工程技术开发的思路。
Through the joint development organized by SINOPEC,ebullated bed residue hydrocracking process (STRONG) of commercial demonstration scale has been successfully developed.The process of development of a 50 kt/a STRONG demonstration plant is introduced.The technical features of STRONG process are analyzed.The process technologies mainly consists of ① process design package,② process flow,③ fullback-mixing ebullated-bed reactor with 3-phase separator,④ on-line catalyst loading technology by gas transmission and gas + hydraulic mixed-phase transmission,⑤ on-line catalyst unloading process of HP and HT catalysts,⑥ treatment of unloaded catalysts and ⑦ special control system for catalyst unloading.Recommendations for the development of engineering technologies are presented.
