浅析虚拟现实技术在座椅设计人机工效分析中的应用 被引量:1

A Discussion on the Application of Virtual Reality Technique in the Analysis of Human-Machine Ergonomics for Seat Design

摘要 针对当前座椅设计时进行人机分析时存在的周期长、投入大的不足,将虚拟现实技术应用到座椅设计当中。并以JACK软件为例,对虚拟现实技术在座椅设计人机工效分析中的应用进行实例验证。结果表明:虚拟现实技术能够有效地加快座椅设计的开发进程,提高了人机分析的效率,满足了座椅设计人机研究的需求,具有较高的先进性与实用性。 This paper discusses the application of Virtual Reality Technique in Seat Design according to the current deficiency existing in ergonomic analysis for seat design, e.g. long cycle large investment. Take software JACK as an example, this paper verifies the application of virtual reality technology in ergonomics analysis of seat design. The results show that: the virtual reality technology can effectively accelerate the process of seat design development, improve the efficiency of ergonomic analysis, and meet the ergonomic research of seat design. It is an advanced technique with higher practicability.
