摘要
目的:评价地市级卫生总费用测算的效果,总结在测算过程中遇到的问题。方法:采用筹资来源法和机构法进行测算,收集在测算过程中准确性、科学性较差的指标。结果:个别指标的测算口径和数据采集方法在实践中需要不断清晰和明确。结论:作为一项开创性工作,地市级卫生总费用测算在某些细节方面还需要不断总结经验和完善提高。
Objectives： To evaluate the effect of total health expenditure measure, and analyze the issues in the course of measure. Methods： Use the method of source of financing and the method of institution, and collect those indicators which are correct but lack of science. Results： Measure standard and data collecting method of very few indicators need to be constantly clear and definite. Conclusions： As an innovative work, the measure of city total health expenditure needs to be summed up experience and advanced.
