Comparative Research on the Construction of Knowledge Base Between Chinese Academy of Sciences and Institution of Higher Education

采取文献综述、网站跟踪观测和数据汇总分析方法,从建设动因与目标理念、建设策略与推进措施、建设进度与运行状态3个方面对中国科学院系统和高校机构知识库建设现状作比较研究,归纳出两大系统机构知识库建设特点和经验,提出两大系统共同合作,形成我国综合型机构知识库网格建设与发展格局,推进国家层面机构知识库系统建设的建议。

A research is conducted by means of literature reviewing, website monitoring and data analyzing on the comparison of the construction of knowledge base between China Science Academy and Institution of Higher Education in terms of the construction motivation and objective idea, construction strategy and promotion measures, and construction process and operating state, based on which a conclusion is reached concerning the characteristics and experiences of the construction of knowledge base of the two systems, and suggestion is put forward for the two systems to cooperate with each other, to construct and develop China＇ s comprehensive knowledge base web and to promote the systematic construction of knowledge base from a state level.
