This paper systematically addresses the regional expression of the literacy and cultural values in Fangzhi Yiwenzhi through the analysis of collected historical data and interpretation of typical works, deals with the value of Fangzhi Yiwenzhi from different perspectives, including Fangzhi Yiwenzhi as the exhibition space for local academic achievements, as the carrier of record of local historical materials, and as the media for expression of country life sentiment and local accent.
