经筋刀治疗腰椎术后腰痛34例临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的评价经筋刀治疗腰椎术后腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法采用该法治疗34例,于治疗前及治疗结束后1周、2周、1个月、3个月分别进行随访评价,采用Oswestry下腰痛量表(ODI)评价生活质量;视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价治疗前后疼痛的变化情况。结果痊愈4例(11.76%),显效11例(32.35%),有效14例(41.18%),无效5例(14.71%)。治疗后1周、2周、1个月、3个月,ODI评分与治疗前比较均有明显降低,VAS评分与治疗前比较差异有显著性。VAS评分两两比较差异无显著性;ODI评分两两比较差异无显著性。结论经筋刀治疗腰椎术后腰痛临床疗效较好。
