腹股沟疝无张力修补日间手术1221例分析

Analysis of 1221 cases of tension-free inguinal hernia repair daytime operation

目的总结个人连续1221例腹股沟疝无张力修补日间手术的经验。方法回顾性分析2006年5月至2013年4月在本院接受腹股沟疝无张力修补日间手术患者的临床资料,并依据患者接受手术时间将患者分为早期手术组及近期手术组,分析术者经验对并发症的影响。结果共有1221例患者进入研究,总体并发症发生率5.1%(62/1221),术后复发率0.5%(6/1221)。早期手术组患者术后并发症率显著高于近期手术组(6.6%vs 4.0%,P=0.044),但术后疝复发率(0.6%vs 0.4%,P=0.694)无显著差异。结论腹股沟疝无张力修补日间手术是安全、可行的,术者经验与术后并发症的发生有关,但并不影响术后复发。

Postoperative complication but not recurrence is significantly affected by surgeon’s experience.
