论促进刑释未成年犯的社会融入

On the Promotion of the Social Integration of the Juvenile Released

既有关于刑释未成年犯重返社会的"回归社会论"、"安置帮教论"、"社会排斥论"和"社会保护论"的研究均将重点落脚于社会帮助之责,而忽视了个体自身重返社会之努力。刑释未成年犯重返社会是个体和社会共同努力的过程。刑释未成年犯的社会融入障碍主要表现为:资源摄取能力低下,生存环境生态恶化,离散社会秩序的风险程度高。要高度重视刑释未成年犯的社会融入问题,促进刑释未成年犯的社会融入:一是要加大社会保护力度,二是要增进社会接纳意识,三是要提升自我适应能力。

Both on the reintegration of juvenile offenders 'return to society theory','the resettlement assistance','social exclusion' and 'social protection' will be focusing on the responsibility of social help,while ignoring the individual reintegration efforts.The juvenile offenders return to society is an individual and community to social integration process.From the group characteristics,the barriers of the juvenile's social integration mainly as follow:the resource uptake capacity is low,the living environment is harsh and the risk of committing crimes is high.We must attach great importance to the issues of social integration of juvenile released.In order to promote the underage released into the society,the society should strengthen social protection,promote social acceptance,enhance the ability of self adaptation.
