新制度主义视野下农村民间组织的建构与维持——基于福州闽安镇老年协会的考察

The Research on Construction and Maintain of Organization in Village According to the Analysis Framework of New Institutionalism——Taking Elderly Association of Fuzhou Minan as Target of Investigation

依新制度主义组织研究理论的分析框架,福州闽安镇老年协会在追求"合法性"的过程中,频繁与当地乡土环境发生互动,也正是在这一基础上其自身才得以建构和维持。然而,在日常运作中,老年协会也暴露出若干不足,故文章末尾提出几点建议以供思考。

On the basis of the analysis framework of organization research theory of new institutionalism,elderly association of Fuzhou minan interact with the local native environment frequently in the pursuit of 'legitimacy',and because of which it realize construction and maintain.However,in the daily operation,the elderly association also exposed some deficiencies in the daily,so,in the end,the article puts forward several suggestions for thinking.
