基于就业导向的社会工作专业教学改革的思考

Reflections about Teaching Reform of Social Work Based on the Employment-oriented Situation

目前社会工作专业和学科建设发展迅速,但是仍存在诸多问题,社会工作专业面临的对口就业困境就是其中一大难题。文章在总结学界相关研究的基础上,对社会工作专业就业难题进行了剖析,最后着重从专业教学层面提出了缓解社会工作就业难题的一些看法和建议。

At present,the major of social work is developing rapidly,but many problems still exist,and the situation that students of this major meeting difficulties of looking for counterparts is one of these problems.This paper firstly summarizes the research on the area of social work,and then it analyzes the employment problems which the students of social work are facing.Finally some opinions and suggestions are given in order to work out the problems from the view of professional teaching.
