羟基磷灰石义眼台置入术后眼窝凹陷复发的修复

Retrobulbar implantation for reconstruction of recurrent sunken eye after placement of an artificial globe

目的 探讨如何改善少部分患者行眼窝内羟基磷灰石义眼台置入术后再度出现轻、中度眼窝凹陷的外观。方法 自颞下或鼻下穹窿部剪开结膜 ,在两直肌间向义眼台球后分离 ,以异体巩膜包裹小块羟基磷灰石作为填充物置入球后 ,使眼窝重新饱满。结果 31例术后外观满意 ,观察 48个月疗效稳定 ,无义眼台移位、上睑下垂等并发症。结论 用异体巩膜包裹的小块羟基磷灰石行义眼台球后填充术是治疗复发性眼窝凹陷的一种简便有效的方法。

Objective\ After intraorbital placement of an artificial globe made of hydroxyapatite, some patients have recurrence of a sunken eye. We designed a technique of retrobulbar implantation to give these patients a better cosmetic result. Methods\ An incision was made in the nasal or lateral inferior conjunctival fornix, followed by dissecting between the two rectus to the retrobulbar cavity and placing an implant of hydroxyapatite wrapped in the preserved sclera to this cavity. Results\ Using this method, 31 patients with the recurrent sunken eye have obtained good cosmetic results without complications as ptosis, displacement of the intraorbital implant, rejection of the implant, or infection. Conclusion\ Retrobulbar implantation is a good method to reconstruct the recurrent sunken eye after an orbital implantation.\;
