5-HT与不同证型原发性肛门瘙痒症的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:初步探讨不同证型的原发性肛门瘙痒症患者血清中5-HT的变化。方法:将60例原发性肛门瘙痒症患者按中医辨证分型分为风热挟湿证、血虚化燥证、血瘀生风证3组,每组20例;另选择20例经体检健康者为正常对照组。4组研究对象空腹抽取静脉血,检测比较5-HT含量。结果:肛门瘙痒症患者外周血5-HT平均水平低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3种不同证型患者5-HT均低于正常对照组,风热挟湿组患者5-HT高于血虚化燥组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),血虚化燥和血瘀生风组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:不同证型原发性肛门瘙痒症患者的5-HT均低于正常,说明该疾病可能是一种神经源性疾病;且5-HT含量随其证型的不同亦有所变化,但需进一步研究证实。 Objective : To preliminarily investigate serum 5 - hydroxytryptamine ( 5 - HT) levels in patients with primary peritus ani (PA) of different syndrome types. Methods : Sixty patients with primary PA were divided into wind -heat squeezed wet group (n = 20), blood deficiency and wind dryness group( n = 20 ), and blood stasis generating wind (n = 20)according to their traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)syndrome types. Another 20 healthy controls in physical examination were selected as normal control group. Fasting venous blood was collected for determination and comparison of 5 - HT levels. Results : Patients with PA had a significantly lower mean 5 - HT level in peripheral blood than the normal control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The three patient groups had lower 5 - HT levels than the normal control group ; the wind - heat squeezed wet group had a significantly higher 5 - HT level than the blood deficiency and wind dryness group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , but there was no significant difference in 5 - HT level between the blood deficiency and wind dryness group and blood stasis generating wind group (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion:Patients with primary PA of different TCM syndrome types have lower 5 - HT levels than normal controls,indicating that PA may be a neurogenic disease. 5 - HT level varies between patients of different TCM syndrome types, which needs to be confirmed by further studies.
