摘要
利用大孔树脂、MCI、ODS和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱以及反相制备液相色谱对川西千里光Senecio solidagineus Hand.-Mazz.正丁醇萃取部位的化学成分进行系统分离,并利用1H NMR、13C NMR等现代波谱技术鉴定其结构.结果从川西千里光中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为丁香酚-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、灯盏花苷Ⅱ (2)、(6R,7E,9R)-9-hydroxymegastigma-4,7-dien-3-one-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3)、crotonine (4)、bidensmethoside B (5)、松脂醇葡萄糖苷(6)、picraquassioside C (7)和3,3'-二甲氧基鞣花酸(8).化合物2~8均为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1为首次从该植物中分离得到.
The chemical constituents of the n-butanol fraction of Senecio solidagineus Hand.-Mazz.were investigated by macroporous resin,MCI,ODS and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies and prep-HPLC preparation.On the basis of NMR spectrum analysis,eight isolated compounds were identified as eugenyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1),erigeside Ⅱ (2),(6R,7E,9R)-9-hydroxymegastigma-4,7-dien-3-one-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3),crotonine (4),bidensmethoside B (5),pinoresinol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6),picraquassioside C (7) and 3,3'-dimethoxyl ellagic acid (8).Compounds 2-8 were isolated from the genus Senecio for the first time,compound 1 was isolated from Senecio solidagineus for the first time.
