川西千里光中正丁醇部位化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents from the n-Butanol Fraction of Senecio solidagineus

利用大孔树脂、MCI、ODS和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱以及反相制备液相色谱对川西千里光Senecio solidagineus Hand.-Mazz.正丁醇萃取部位的化学成分进行系统分离,并利用1H NMR、13C NMR等现代波谱技术鉴定其结构.结果从川西千里光中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为丁香酚-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（1）、灯盏花苷Ⅱ （2）、（6R,7E,9R）-9-hydroxymegastigma-4,7-dien-3-one-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （3）、crotonine （4）、bidensmethoside B （5）、松脂醇葡萄糖苷（6）、picraquassioside C （7）和3,3＇-二甲氧基鞣花酸（8）.化合物2～8均为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1为首次从该植物中分离得到.

The chemical constituents of the n-butanol fraction of Senecio solidagineus Hand.-Mazz.were investigated by macroporous resin,MCI,ODS and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies and prep-HPLC preparation.On the basis of NMR spectrum analysis,eight isolated compounds were identified as eugenyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （1）,erigeside Ⅱ （2）,（6R,7E,9R）-9-hydroxymegastigma-4,7-dien-3-one-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （3）,crotonine （4）,bidensmethoside B （5）,pinoresinol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （6）,picraquassioside C （7） and 3,3＇-dimethoxyl ellagic acid （8）.Compounds 2-8 were isolated from the genus Senecio for the first time,compound 1 was isolated from Senecio solidagineus for the first time.
