石油钻杆加厚段参数测量方法研究

摘要 针对目前国内石油钻杆加厚段测量手段不足、测量方法粗糙、测量精度低和效率不高的现状,研究了一种新的石油钻杆加厚段参数测量装置。该装置靠测量桥板接触指定被测母线进行测量,通过桥板中内置的倾角传感器和拉绳位移传感器得到被测母线上一系列轮廓点的原始测量数据,经过相应公式转换得到这些点的坐标信息。利用这些坐标信息即可描绘出到被测件的内轮廓,根据理想轮廓模型,对实测数据进行处理,可给出评定结果。试验结果表明,新装置的测量精度高,结果可靠,重复性好,可满足一般钻杆的测量要求。 As the domestic drill pipe section measurement methods are insufficient and rough with low measurement accuracy and efficiency, a new portable and easy to use measurement device with high accuracy and reliability is developed. The device measures the designated bus bar by contacting it with bridge plate. The original data of series contour points are acquired by the built-in inclination sensor and rope displacement sensor, and then are conversed to coordinate information by corresponding formula. These coordinate information can be used to depict the inner profile of measured drill pipe, based on which the measured data are processed and evaluation results can be given. Tests results have proved that the new developed measurement device is accurate, efficient, reliable and reproducible, and can meet the general requirements of drill pipe measurement.
