摘要
为了对扩张式封隔器结构参数进行优选,利用有限元分析技术分析了胶筒工作长度、厚度、肩部形状和钢丝帘线排布方式等对胶筒受力和变形规律的影响。建模时把钢丝帘线层视为均匀的连续体,假设橡胶材料的力学性能不随温度发生变化,定义了5条路径,分别用于显示封隔器肩部和胶筒实体部分的应力曲线。分析结果表明,当扩张式封隔器胶筒启封工作压力为0.5MPa,内压达到10.0 MPa以上时密封接触长度达到最大;在一定范围内胶筒长度对其工作性能基本没有影响,但长度过短会使密封性能减弱;建议胶筒外径小于封隔器刚体最大外径1~2 mm。
In order to optimize the structural parameters of expandable packer rubber sleeve, finite element analysis method is adopted to analyze the effects of the rubber sleeve length, thickness, shoulder shape and steel wire screen arrangement methods on the rubber sleeve force and deformation laws. In modeling, the steel wire screen is treated as homogeneous continuous medium and the mechanical properties of the rubber material arc as- sumed not to vary with changes of temperature. Five traces have been defined for showing stress curve of packer shoulder and rubber sleeve body respectively. The results show that the maximum length of sealing contact achieved when the packer sleeve' s sealing pressure is 0. 5 MPa and the inner pressure is more than 10.0 MPa. The length of rubber sleeve, within a certain range, has non effects on the packer work performance, but the packer sealing performance would decrease if the length is too short. It is recommend that the outer diameter of rubber sleeve is 1 - 2 mm less than the maximum outer diameter of the packer body.
