高等职业院校校长公信力指高职院校校长在工作过程中,充分运用各种资源,通过各种途径获得社会公众的心理认同和行为支持的能力。高职校长公信力形成的实质是校长信任机制的确立,其形成过程具有非均衡性和非对称性。以此为理论基础,高职校长的角色定位和公众角色期待成为高职校长能力框架构建的重要依据,其能力框架主要包括公平正义的职业伦理、创新思维、高瞻远瞩能力及沟通协调能力等。

The public confidence of principals of higher vocational schools indicates the abilities to acquire mental recognition and behavioral support of social public by taking advantage of various resources. The essence of public confidence is the establishment of trust mechanism, and its formation process has the characteristics of non-balance and non-symmetry. The role orientation and role expectation of higher vocational school principals is the accordance for the construction of abilities framework which includes the fairness and justice of occupation ethics, innovative thinking ability and communication and coordination ability, looking far ahead from a high perspective, etc.
