高等职业教育对区域经济发展贡献的实证分析

Empirical Analysis on Regional Economic Contribution of Higher Vocational Education

高职教育在高等教育大众化进程中发挥了重要作用，与区域经济发展联系也更为紧密。通过对柯布一道格拉斯模型进行修正，建立理论模型，利用面板数据模型算出β值，最后测算了2001-2012年全国及各省市高等职业教育对区域经济发展的贡献率，得出的结论是全国高职教育对区域经济的贡献率为0．36％，大于普通本科教育对区域经济的贡献率0．23％，东部、中部地区高职教育对经济增长的贡献大于西部地区。

Higher vocational education plays an important role in the process of popularization of higher education, and it also has close relationship with regional economic development. The study set a new theoretical model through modifying the Cobb-Douglas function model and estimating the β value by the panel data, then it calculated the contribution rate of vocational education to local economy from 2001 to 2012 in 30 provinces in China, and the final conclusions are that the contribution rate of higher vocational education is 0.36%, which is higher than the undergraduate college with the con- tribution rate of 0.23%, and the contribution rate of eastern and middle region is higher than the western region.
