随着近年来职业教育的课程和教学改革,职教教师所应具备的职业技术能力也显得越来越重要。如何促进职教教师的职业技术能力,是职教教师教育尤其应该关注的问题。职教教师教育中职业技术类课程体系和内容的构建,是促进教师职业技术能力的重要途径。职业技术类课程的实施还需要在实施主体、运行机制、人员配备、学科发展等方面有所保障。

As the curriculum and teaching of vocational education are being reformed in recent years, the vocational and technical ability of vocational education teachers plays a more and more important role. How to promote these teachers vocational and technical ability is a problem that should be especially paid attention to in vocational teachers＇ education. The construction of the system and the content of the vocational and technical curriculum in vocational teachers＇ educa tion is an important way to promote teachers’ vocational and technical ability. The implementation of vocational and techni cal curriculum also needs guaranteeing in the aspects of the main body, the operating mechanism, the personnel alloca tion, the subject development, and etc.
