中职教育质量的影响因素与认知差异研究——基于河北省唐山、秦皇岛两市中职学校的调查 被引量:7

摘要 随着我国中职教育规模的不断扩大,教育质量问题引起了社会的广泛关注。以河北省唐山市、秦皇岛市10所中职学校为例,采用问卷调查和现场访谈相结合的方法,研究认为,影响中职教育质量主要因素有生源与师资素质、课程与教学、教育管理、校园支持等,在此基础上,提高中职教育质量的具体措施包括:树立能力本位的中职教育质量观,推进中职教师专业发展及教育教学改革,加强教学管理与校园环境建设。 With the expansion of the scale of secondary vocational education, the quality of education has caused wide at tentions of the society. Taking ten schools of Tangshan and Qinhuangdao in Hebei Province as the sample, adopting the method of questionnaire and onstage interviews, and the results show that, the main factors influencing the quality of sec ondary vocational education mainly include qualities of students sources and teaching staff, curriculum and teaching, educa tional management and campus support. Based on the results, the material measures for enhancing the quality of second ary vocational education include: establishing abilitybased education quality view, boost professional development of teach ers and teaehing reform, and strengthen the construction of teaching management and campus environment.
