摘要
综合实训是高职院校实践教学改革的重点,而如何组织开展仿真、动态、综合的全新实践教学模式是高职院校面临的难题。以培养学生综合职业能力、强调能力横向拓展的多专业综合实训打破经管类高职院校现有的实践教学模式,实现多专业融合、多组织对抗、多岗位协同和高仿真运营。
Comprehensive training is an important aspect of reform of teaching methods in advanced vocational colleges. These colleges are faced with challenges of designing and organizing new simulative, dynamic and comprehensive training programs. The integrated professional capability of students that focus on cross-profession performance has jeopardized the compartmentalization of training and teaching mode practiced currently by advanced vocational colleges of economic management, and called for a brand new model of muhi-professional, multi-organizational and multi-positional operation of the training bases.
