摘要
校企合作对整体提高当代大学生的就业能力具有重要作用。分析三种不同类型的校企合作对提高大学生就业能力维度影响发现,不论哪种水平的校企合作形式,都对大学生就业能力提升有的帮助,其提升幅度从高至低依次为"准员工"实践、企业实习、校内基地实训。其中,校内基地实训对学生知识拓展能力、工作技能等提升帮助较大,企业实习对学生适应新环境能力、工作技能、知识拓展能力提升最显著,而"准员工"实践对学生情绪控制能力与情绪调节能力提升最大。
School-enterprise cooperation has an important role in enhancing the employability of contemporary college students. Analysis of three different types of school-enterprise cooperation to improve the employability dimensions affect college students found that, regardless of the level of school-enterprise cooperation in the form of what are some of the help to enhance the employability of university students, which enhance the rate from high to low order of "quasi-employees" practice, internships, campus training base. Among them, the training school for the students' knowledge base to expand capacity, enhance job skills to help large enterprises internships for students the ability to adapt to the new environment, job skills, knowledge, the most significant expansion of capacity building, and "quasi-employees" emotional control practice for students maximum capacity building and emotion regulation.
