高压氧辅助疗法对糖尿病足患者症状及神经传导功能改善的临床报道 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究高压氧辅助疗法对糖尿痛足患者症状及神经传导功能的影响。方法:选取2010年-2012年间我院收治的50例糖尿病足患者,根据门诊登记单双号进行随机分组,对照组25例给予常规内科治疗,治疗组25例则在对照组治疗基础上给予高压氧辅助治疗,治疗结束后对比两组疗效及治疗前后的神经传导功能改善情况。结果:从疗效来看,治疗组总有效率96.0%,对照组总有效率72.0%,治疗组显著优于对照组(P〈0.05);从治疗前后的神经传导速度来看,两组较治疗前均有所好转,但治疗组改善情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:高压氧辅助治疗能够有效的改善糖尿病足患者的临床症状,提高神经传导速度,疗效显著,值得临床推广。
