摘要
根据协同学理论中的复合系统特性,将人才系统、产业系统与资源系统看作是一个动态复合系统,通过采用复合系统协调度模型分析方法,对山西省在经济转型发展过程中,人才、产业与资源的协调度进行研究,得出导致山西省人才、产业与资源协调水平较低的原因是产业有序度偏低,为该省提供了转型发展的着手点和落脚点,并为其他资源型省份提供一定的理论参考。
Based on the theory of synergetics, according to the properties of the composite system, taking the talent system, the industrial system and the resources system as a dynamic composite system, by adopting the coordination degree model of complex system , the paper carries out the research on the harmonious development of talents, industry and resources in the process of transformation of economic development in Shanxi province. The paper concludes that the low coordination level of talent, industry and resource can be attributed to the low industry orderly degree. The paper proposes some starting points and the foothold for the transformation of the development of Shanxi, and provides certain theoretical reference for other provinces.
